Grand Rapids, Michigan based transportation and warehousing provider adds Process Improvement engineer with over 10 years experience to expand upon its continuous improvement program.
Columbian Logistics Network, a Grand Rapids, Michigan based provider of transportation and warehousing, is pleased to announce the hiring of Alan Haynes as Process Improvement Engineer. Haynes comes to Columbian with over 10 years experience developing and managing process design solutions for a diverse range of manufacturing and distributing companies such as GE Healthcare, M&M Quality Solutions and Generac. Haynes will be working throughout Columbian’s facilities and transportation groups to help identify and implement process improvements to enhance the quality and efficiency of services. He will spearhead Columbian’s LEAN journey, with special focus in 2015 on value stream mapping, facility layout and material & information flow.
