Located at 401 Kentile Road, this new facility will be built on the adjacent land prior to the 501, 601, and 701 complex entrance. This area has already been prepped and cleared for future expansion and will now be the new location for our Restaurant Depot account.
At 103,765 square feet this temperature controlled, state of the art cross dock facility will allow us to better serve one of our largest clients, while allowing us more opportunities in this niche market. Jetro has been a customer of Hall’s for nearly 14 years and is looking to grow and expand with our help.
With the addition of a 35°F and 55°F temperature controlled facility utilizing 49 truck docks for inbound receiving and outbound shipping, we will be able to substantially increase the current volume of freight that already travels through our facility while allowing plenty of room for future growth. In addition to a 24 space tractor parking lot and backup generator capability the building will also have a 1,280 square foot receiving office, a 736 square foot shipping office, and a 2 story 5,460 square foot multipurpose complex.
We are scheduled to break ground in early August 2013, with a targeted completion date in late Spring 2014.
